Lady Gaga to make public appearance at London department store Harrods

Singer will appear in-store on October 7, probably to promote her new perfume.

The store announced the event on its Twitter feed, posting: “We are delighted to announce that @LadyGaga will appear in-store on the 7th October at 6pm. The event is open to the public…”

Responding to excitable replies from the singer’s fans, the store later added:

Calling all #LittleMonsters! Thank you for your tweets, we will be announcing the full details of@ladygaga‘s PA soon. Watch this space.

It is thought that the appearance will promote Lady Gaga’s perfume Fame, which is due to launch very shortly. Scroll down to watch a teaser video for the fragrance.

A month before her Harrods appearance, Lady Gaga will return to the UK for a trio of large-scale live dates. The singer plays Twickenham Stadium on September 8 and 9, followed by Manchester Arena on September 11. She will be supported on all three dates by The Darkness.

Earlier this month, she announced that her next album will be called ‘ARTPOP’ and is due in early 2013. Fans are speculating that the album could feature a collaboration with Azealia Banks after the pair began a teasing Twitter conversation earlier this week (August 22).
